Request Profile Child Form Change Log

Customer Request Profile>Assignment & Responses tab>request change log child form

The request change log child form is located on the Assignment & Responses tab on the Customer Request Profile. This child form tracks changes made to the status of the customer request. Once you change the status, an entry displays in the request change log child form with information such as Field changed, New Value, Previous Value, Changed By username, and Change Date.
