Adding Comments

A comment is a general thought or opinion regarding the customer request.

To add comments to a customer's request, use the following steps:

  1. Go to the Customer Request Profile page.
  2. On the Supporting Info tab, select the comments child form.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. The Add - Request Comment window displays.
  5. Enter your comment.
  6. Click Save. Your comment displays in the comments child form with your user name and the date that you entered the comment.
