Adding Comments
A comment is a general thought or opinion regarding the customer request.
To add comments to a customer's request, use the following steps:
- Go to the Customer Request Profile page.
- On the Supporting Info tab, select the comments child form.
- Click the Add button.
- The Add - Request Comment window displays.
- Enter your comment.
- Click Save. Your comment displays in the comments child form with your user name and the date that you entered the comment.
