Assignments

Assignments

An assignment describes the responsible staff person to respond to the customer request. Multiple assignments can be made for a single request.

To add assignments to a customer request, use the following steps:

  1. Click the Add button on the assignments child form.
  2. Select an individual from the assigned to drop-down list i.e. the individual being given the assignment (Required) (This will default to the current user).
  3. Select their role from the role drop-down list (required).
  4. Select a priority.
  5. Select a source.
  6. Enter a remind date.
  7. Enter a due date.
  8. Enter an assignment summary (Required).
  9. Enter the assignment details.
  10. Click Save.
  11. The additional assignment will display in the assignments child form.
