Assignments
An assignment describes the responsible staff person to respond to the customer request. Multiple assignments can be made for a single request.
To add assignments to a customer request, use the following steps:
- Click the Add button on the assignments child form.
- Select an individual from the assigned to drop-down list i.e. the individual being given the assignment (Required) (This will default to the current user).
- Select their role from the role drop-down list (required).
- Select a priority.
- Select a source.
- Enter a remind date.
- Enter a due date.
- Enter an assignment summary (Required).
- Enter the assignment details.
- Click Save.
- The additional assignment will display in the assignments child form.
