To integrate the SMS Messaging Add-On into your NetForum application, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
SMS Messaging functionality comes with an analytics dashboard supported by Nucleus Analytics. This dashboard allows you to keep track of the SMS Messaging activity for your association.
To view the SMS Messaging dashboard on the embedded Nucleus Analytics:
- Go to the Nucleus module and expand the Overview group item.
- Click the Nucleus Analytics group item link. This will launch the embedded Nucleus Analytics dashboard.
- On the Nucleus Analytics dashboard, click the Navigate tab. The Navigate tag displays the Membership name by default.
- From the Navigate menu, switch to the SMS Messaging option.
This will display the SMS Messaging dashboard. The SMS Messaging dashboard displays the following charts as part of the baseline implementation:
- Total Messages Sent - Last 12 Months
- SMS Messages Sent - Last 3 Months
- Recipients - Last 3 Months
Clicking the Explore link at the bottom of each chart will display a detailed view of the chart, along with additional data, filters, and data tables.
