Nucleus Integration Overview

Nucleus Analyticsis the first data analytics platform built specifically for associations and nonprofits, providing association-specific data analytics in the form of charts, graphs, and data visuals that provide associations with a new and better way to understand and engage with members. Nucleus Analytics comes with an enormous array of data visualizations for all your roles – entire Dashboards for Membership, Events, Learning/Certification, Engagement Scoring, and more. By taking advantage of this integration, your organization can make better decisions about not only your membership efforts but also events, fundraising, and community management, among other things.

As a part of this Integration, a new Nucleus module has been added which contains an Overview group item that expands to a Nucleus Analytics group item link. This connects to a sample Nucleus Analytics dashboard using Single Sign-On (SSO).

By using the embedded Nucleus Analytics tool in your iWeb application, you can use your existing data to make informed decisions that add value and delight your members. The data can be made available quickly to all your staff, enabling them to browse through data and discover new insights.

The baseline Nucleus integration includes Membership Analytics Charts and SMS Messaging Charts (SMS Messaging Charts are included as part of Winter Release 31), each of which allows you to drill down into and even filter the data presented. To activate additional charts for Membership or other modules, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Note: The baseline Nucleus integration will be configured by Momentive Software when your system is updated to Release 28 or later.

Viewing Nucleus Analytics Charts in NetForum

With the Nucleus Integration, you can take advantage of Nucleus Analytics reports/charts embedded in your NetForum (iWeb) application and view all of them in one place.

To view the Nucleus Analytics Charts in NetForum, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Nucleus module and expand the Overview group item.

Note: The Nucleusmodule is displayed based on the user group assigned to a user. If you cannot view the Nucleus module in iWeb then contact your System Admin to grant the user permission to view the Nucleus module.

  2. Click the Nucleus Analytics group item link. This will launch the embedded Nucleus Analytics dashboard.

Each page includes a data table that provides the data comprising the charts on the page. As pages are filtered, so are the data tables. In the page view, a maximum of 500 rows are displayed. Columns can be filtered, sorted, rearranged, and searched within the data table.

To download the full data table, click the Download button and choose your export format – CSV or JSON.
