To integrate the SMS Messaging Add-On into your NetForum application, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
The SMS Messaging Integration Settings are used to control the integration itself, including the message segments that are used by the various Message Types and the Call to Action text displayed below the Opt in box on eWeb.
To update the SMS Messaging Integration Settings:
- Go to the Admin module, click the Integration group item, and then click the Integrations group item link.

Click the Go To button on the SMS Integration line item available on the Integrations child form.
This will display the Integration Profile where you can update the Integration Settings based on your associations needed.
Important: Please do not alter the following Integration Settings to avoid any disruptions to the SMS Messaging Integration.- AccountSID
- AuthToken
- PhoneNumber
- CallbackURL
- On the Integration Settings child form, click the Edit icon on the Integration Setting that you wish to update. This will display the Edit Integration Setting form.

On the Edit Integration Setting form, update the Value field as needed and click the Save button.

Managing SMS Messaging Activation and Deactivation
The admin user can make the SMS Messaging functionality active or inactive based on their association’s need.
To activate/deactivate the SMS Messaging functionality:
- Go to the Admin module, click the Integration group item, and then click the Integrations group item link.
- Click the Go To button on the SMS Integration line item available on the Integrations child form. This will display the Integration Profile.

Click the Edit button on the Integration Profile.
This will display the Edit Integration form. -
On the Edit Integration form, select the active check box and then click Save if you wish to activate the SMS Messaging functionality for your association.
To deactivate the SMS Messaging functionality for your association, clear the active check box and click Save.
Note: The system will be able to communicate with SMS service provider only if the SMS Messaging Integration profile is active.
