Canceling an Event
Baseline NetForumincludes a "closed" checkbox on the Event profile. Checking this box will prevent new registrations from being processed through Order Entry or eWeb. One possible SOP to be used when events are cancelled could include the following:
- Check the closed box on the Event
- Enter an explanation of why the event was cancelled in the short description field
- Contact all registrants
- Process cancellations and refunds as appropriate
- Remove the event from eWeb
