Managing Action Types

Modules>CRM>Customer Setup link

Actions are items that members can participate or engage in. These include registering for events, making donations, or renewing memberships.

Most commonly, Actions are used to help calculate a member's A Score or for tracking a customer's implicit interests.

In this topic, you can do the following:

• Edit Action Types
• Delete Action Types

Edit Action Types

To edit an Action Type, complete the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>CRM>Customer Setup link. The Customer Setup Profile opens.

2. Go to the More child form tab and select Scoring.
3. Click the Edit icon next to the Action Type you wish to edit. This opens the Edit - Customer Action Type window.
4. After you have completed your changes, click the Save button.

   The Action Type is now updated.

Delete Action Types

To delete an Action Type, complete the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>CRM> Customer Setup link. The Customer Setup Profileopens.

2. Go to the More child form tab and select Scoring.
3. Click the Delete icon next to the Action Type you wish to delete. The delete confirmation window opens.
4. Click the OK button.

   The Action Type is deleted.
