Viewing Action Types

Actions are items that members can participate or engage in. These can range from registering for events, to making donations, to renewing a membership.

Most commonly, NetForum uses Actions to help calculate a member's A Score or to track a customer's implicit interests.

To view existing action types, that have already been set up for your organization, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Modules tab to expand the list of NetForum modules available.
  2. Select CRM to launch the CRM module.
  3. Click the Customer Setuplink on the Overview page to launch the Customer Setup Profile.
  4. Click the More tab to view the child form choices available to you.
  5. Click the Scoring option to display the scoring child forms.
  6. Expand the customer action type child form. All of the action types display that have been set up for your organization.
