Enabling a Registration Fee for eWeb

Overview

Usage

To enable this functionality, it must be flagged on BOTH the product and the price.

• The sell online? check box must be selected on any of Add forms or windows during the Add Event process.
• It must then be selected for each individual price on the Price Profile page.

To Edit the Product Code:

1. On the Event Profile page, select the Fees tab.
2. In the registration fees child form, click the Edit button for the Product Code.
3. The Edit Registration Fee Information window will display.
4. Select the sell online check box and click Save.

To Edit the Price Code:

1. In the registration fees child form, expand the appropriate Product Code.
2. On the price code grandchild form, click the GoTo arrow. The Price Profile page will display.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Select the available for sale online check box.
5. Click Save.

(Note: this check box will only display if you selected the sell online? check box when you added the Product Code.)
