Add Grant Program Document

A Grant Program Document is any document that is related to the Grant Program such as application forms or application samples. Add a Grant Program Document when you want to link documents to the Grant Program Profile.

Adding a Grant Program Document

1. Go to Modules>Grants>Grant Program>Find, List, Add, or Query Programs>Grant Program Profile>Documents Tab>grant program document child form.

2. Click the Add button. The Add Grant Program Document page opens.

3. Fill in the fields for the populated program as described in the table below:

Fields Required Description
document Required Click the Choose File button to browse your computer for a document such as an application form or application sample. Select the file and click the Open button. The name of the chosen file appears beside the Choose File button.
document code Required Enter a short but friendly name for the document.
document summary Optional Enter the full name of the document.
document description Required Enter a full description of what the document contains.
url Optional Enter the web address for the document.
display name Optional Enter a short, friendly name for the document.

4. Click the Save button to upload your document and return to the Grant Program Profile. Click the Cancel button to return to the Grant Program Profile without uploading a document.

Upload New

Once you add a document, the Document Code, Document Name, and Description appear in the child form. Beside the document description is an upload new link. Click the upload new link to replace the current document with a new document.
