Program Expense Child Form

Use the program expense child form to add and track expenses your organization incurred while running this Grant Program.

Program Expense Child Form Information

The program expense child form displays a list of rate card categories paired with placement information. You see the following columns on the program expense child form:

Column Description
Expense Type Displays the one of the predefined expense types configured on the Grant Setup page.
Expense Date Displays the user-entered date for this expense.
Budget Amount Displays the user-entered amount the granting organization budgeted for this expense.
Actual Amount Displays the user-entered amount the granting organization actually spent on this expense.

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed.

add icon to add a new record to the child form.
edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.

  more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.
