Gift Opportunity History Child Form

The history child form is located under the History tab on the Gift Opportunity Profile and displays a list of opportunity stage changes for this gift opportunity. It also lists each time the next stage field is modified. Each time the opportunity stage is modified, an entry will be made on the history child form.

This topic covers the information displayed on the history child form.

History Child Form Information

The history child form displays a running history of every time the opportunity stage or next stage is changed for this gift opportunity. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column Description
Date This column displays the date the opportunity stage was modified for this gift opportunity.
Stage This column displays the stage for the gift opportunity at that point in its history.
Next Stage This column displays the next step listed for gift opportunity.
Amount This column displays the projected amount of revenue to be generated from this gift opportunity.
Close Probability This column displays the probability the gift opportunity will close successfully based on the current opportunity stage.

  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.
