Gift Opportunity Notes Child Form

The notes child form is located under the Primary tab on the Gift Opportunity Profile and displays a list of notes related to the sales opportunity that have been added directly from the Gift Opportunity Profile.

Note: You can also add a note to a gift opportunity by clicking the Add icon found on the notes child form.

Notes Child Form Information

The notes child form displays a listing of notes related to a gift opportunity that have been added from the Gift Opportunity Profile. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column Description
Note This column displays the full text of the note.
Date This colum displays the date the note was entered into the system.
Sales Rep This column displays the NetForum user that added the note into the system.
Security This column displays the NetForum user group that will have the ability to see the note.
Priority Checked if this note has been designated as high priority.

 

Child Form Icons

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed.

goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
add icon to add a new record to the child form.
edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
  new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
  more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.

The notes child form only displays the notes regarding the gift opportunity that have been added from the Gift Opportunity Profile page.
