To update the Shop as - Bill to Customer details for an eWeb user:
1. Login to eWeb.
2. On the eWeb’s Home page, click the 'Welcome note' link in the header.
This will display the Change Customer | Shop as – Bill to page.
3. On the Change Customer | Shop as – Bill to page, select an appropriate option on the shop as – bill to drop-down field.
Note: Only organization(s) that have relationship with individual where the Shop For Organization flag set are only visible in the shop as -bill to field.
Each qualified Individual-Organization relationship will have the following combination options in the shop as - bill to drop-down field.
- Individual - Individual (eWeb user can select this option when they want to shop as individual and wants to bill to their own account)
- Organization - Ogranization (eWeb user can select this option when they want to shop on behalf of their organization and wants to bill to their organization)
- Individual - Organization (eWeb user can select this option when they want to shop as individual and wants to bill to their organization)
Note that an Individual may have relationships to multiple Organizations. In order for the Organization to display in the Change Customer | Shop as – Bill to drop down, the Individual's Relationship Type to that Organization must have the Shop For Organization box checked on the Relationship Type that is used for the affiliation between the Individual and the Organization.
4. Once you select an appropriate option, click the change customer button. You can click the cancel button to move back to the previous page.
5. On clicking the change customer button, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Click the OK button to proceed with the selected option or click cancel button to go back to the Change Customer | Shop as – Bill to page.
6. On clicking the OK button on the pop-up, you will be directed to the Online Store page and the Welcome note on the header will update to the selected option.
