Add a Source Code
To add a source code, use the following steps:
- On the source code child form, click the Add button.
- The Add - Source Code window will display.
- Select the type of source code from the type drop-down list.
- Select a start date to indicate when the source code is valid for tracking (Optional).
- Select an end date to indicate when the source code tracking time has expired (Optional).
- Enter an eweb code in the eweb code text box (optional). This code is required for the online customer to link the Source Code to the Invoice/Order.
Note: You can set up source codes for Addresses, Certifications, Customers, Event Registrations, Invoices, Memberships, and Payments, by selecting the Source Code Type from the drop-down list on the Add Source Code window. The certification source codes will only display when you are working in Certifications, the membership source codes will only display when you are working in Membership, etc.
