Association Overview
An Association is a client of NetForum Examples of Associations are AIA, AAP.
In NetForum, your Association is completely under your control. You can access the Association Profile by using the Find or Add functions. When you add an Association, you create an Association Profile.
From the Association Profile, you can perform the following tasks:
- Determine the rules for the membership activation date, expiration date, renewal date, payment grace period, and invoice type.
- Choose how you want memberships to be activated such as when a customer makes a first payment or when the invoice is created.
- Set up a grace period that will give the customer additional time to make a payment after the membership expiration date.
- Select the type of dues invoice you want created for your association from prepaid to proforma.
