Customer Messaging Activity

Customer Messaging Activity records are added by selected messaging integrations that contain information about various activities that can occur in the messaging system such as the following:

  • Message sent
  • Message opened
  • Link Clicked
  • Unsubscribed
  • Suppressed
  • Spam Complaint

Adding Records

Records are added by messaging integration.

Finding Records

Records can be queried in the Marketing module and also can be viewed from an individual profile on the Correspondence tab.
