Integration Costs

The cost of an Integration may include the following three components. Components 1 and 2 are always included, and Component 3 might be required for certain integrations.

  1. Licensing with the vendor that provides the third-party product. The client pays these costs directly to the vendor.
  2. A base integration fee for Momentive Software to connect NetForum with the third-party product.
  3. Some integrations require additional configuration for each client and the fees may include T&M (time and material) fees in addition to the base integration fee.
