Add Solicitation Team Members

A Solicitation Team is a team of fundraising constituents that you put together to help reach a fundraising goal.

Note: Add a Solicitor Team first, then add its members.

To add a member to an existing team, use the following steps:

1. Go to the path above. The Add-Solicitation Members page opens.
2. Fill in the fields as described in the table below:

   Fields	Required	Description
   Solicitation Team	Required	Select your team from the drop-down list
   Team Member	Required	Enter the first few letters of the last name of a constituent you would like to add as a team member. Choose your team member from the resulting list, or use the look up button to see all constituents. Constituents and team members can be individuals, organizations, and chapters.
   Member Goal	Optional	Enter the amount of currency that is the fundraising goal for this member of the team.
   Start Date	Optional	Enter or select the date that this constituent became a member of the team.
   End Date	Optional	Enter or select the date that this constituent stops being a member of the team.

3. Click the Save button to save your changes and go to the profile page. Click the Cancel button to go to the previous page without saving your changes.
