Add Fund Recognition Level

Modules>Fundraising>Funds>Fundraising Fund Code Profile>Fund Recognition Level child form

Add a Fund Recognition Level when you want to track constituent recognition levels as related to a specific fund.

To add a Fund Recognition Level, use the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>Fundraising>Fund group item. The List -Fundraising Fund Code page opens.
2. Select the Fund Code you want to add the Recognition Level to. The Fundraising Fund Code Profile page opens.
3. On the Fund Recognition Level child form, click the Add Record: fund recognition level button. The Add - Recognition Level window opens.
4. Use the descriptions in the table below to enter information:

   Field Name	Required?	Description
   recognition level	Required	Enter a name for the recognition level.
   minimum amount	Required	Enter the minimum constituent contribution amount to reach the recognition level.
   maximum amount	Required	Enter the maximum constituent contribution amount before the next recognition level is reached.
   include soft credits?	Optional	Check this box if soft credits will be included in the constituent contribution amount to reach the recognition level.
   fund code	Optional	Defaults to the fund code in the current Fund Code Profile. If you want to associate the Fund Recognition Level with a different fund code, select that code from the list.

5. Click Save to save the new recognition level and return to the Fundraising Fund Code Profile. Click Cancel to return to the Fundraising Fund Code Profile page without saving your changes.
