Invoicing a Bundle
After final confirmation in a Bundle sale, you will be redirected back to COE. Complete the standard invoicing and payment procedures.
Note: Since this example invoice includes an exhibit, membership, grant, and fundraising products, Installment Billing is a payment option (see Installment Billing).
The More Details icon located to the left of the product name is a new functionality that displays the information window in COE for each individual product with multiple prices or attributes i.e. memberships, grants, fundraising, and events.
Note: Bundle sales are tracked on the back end and are not displayed for the user after it is saved. The inventory and G/L accounting is still tracked however, and displayed on the appropriate child forms.
