Add Grant Applicant Status

Add a grant applicant status when you want to make a new status option available in the status drop-down list in the Edit Grant Profile page.

Adding a Status

Use the Add-Grant Applicant Status form to add an applicant status, as follows:

  1. Go to Modules>Grants>Overview>Grant Setup>grant applicant status child form . Click the Add button. The Add-Grant Applicant Status page opens.
  2. Fill in the fields according to the table below:
    Fields Required Description
    status code Required The status code is what displays in the drop-down lists throughout the module. Enter a friendly code that is easy to identify.
    status description Optional Enter a description of the status
  3. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Grant Setup page. The newly added Applicant Status is now visible on the grant applicant status child form and appears in the appropriate drop-down menus in the interface. Click the Cancel button to return to the Grant Setup page without saving your changes.
