Adding Solicitation Teams

A Solicitation Team is a team of fundraising constituents that you put together to help reach a fundraising goal. Add a solicitation team when you want to organize constituents into teams with a team goal and a team captain.

To add a Solicitation Team to a Constituent, use the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>Fundraising>Constituents>Find, List, Add or Query Constituents>Constituent Profile>Donations Tab>Solicitation Teams child form.
2. Click the Add button. The Add-Solicitation Members page opens.
3. Fill in the fields for the populated Team Name as described in the table below:

   Fields	Required	Description
   Team Member	Required	Enter the first few letters of the last name of the constituent to see a list of matches. Or click the look up icon to see a list of all the constituents.
   Member Goal	Optional	Enter the amount of currency that is the fundraising goal for this member of the team.
   Membership Start Date	Optional	Enter or select the date that this constituent became a member of the team.
   Membership End Date	Optional	Enter or select the date that this constituent stops being a member of the team.

4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the profile page. Click the Cancel button to return to the previous page without saving your changes.
