Edit an In-Kind Gift

Modules>Fundraising>Gifts>Find, List, Add, or Query Gift>Gift Profile>Edit In-Kind Info button

An In-Kind gift is a non-monetary asset given as a donation. Examples of In-Kind gifts include real estate, services, or supplies.

Editing an In-Kind Gift

1. Go to the Gift Profile for the gift you want to edit: Modules>Fundraising>Gifts>Find, List, Add, or Query Gift>Gift Profile.
2. Click the Edit In-Kind Info button. The Edit - Sub Form for In-Kind Gift Type (DL) page opens.

Note: The Edit In-Kind Info button doesn't display on the Gift Profile page unless the gift you are looking at in an In-Kind gift.

Fill in the fields as described in the table below:

Fields	Required	Description
Property name	Optional	Enter the property name.
Liquidation amount	Optional	Enter the amount of currency you or the organization received from liquidation of the property.
Liquidation date	Optional	Enter the date that the liquidation was completed.

Click Save to save your changes and return to the Gift Profile. Click Cancel to return to the Gift Profile without saving your changes.
