Edit Customer Action
The Edit-Customer Action page is for display only. It records the following fields from the Customer Action record:

| sort name | The customer name is displayed. |
| action | The customer action type. |
| source | The data source, if any. |
| action date | The date the action took place |
| record key | The internal record key associated with the customer action. |
| source code | The source code for the action. |
| action type | The action type associated with the customer action. For example, the action type might be a purchase or an event registration. |
| units | The number of units associated with the action, if any. |
| Demographic Column/Value Information | The fields in this section are related to any demographic information or custom values associated with the customer action. |
| column name | The name of the column that contains the demographic information. |
| column value | The value associated with the column described by column name. |
| start date | The start date associated with the demographic column, if any. |
| end date | The end date associated with the demographic column, if any. |
