Edit Document

Edit a Document when you want to make changes to an existing Contact Document in the CRM module of NetForum.

To edit a Contact Document in the CRM module, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>CRM>More. . .>Contact Document>Add Document or Query Contact Document.
  2. Select the Document you want to edit. The Edit - Document page opens.
  3. Edit, add to, or delete the information on the Edit - Document page.
  4. Click Save to save your changes and stay on the Edit - Document page. Click Cancel to return to the previous page without saving your changes. Click Delete to delete the document from NetForum and return to the previous page.
