Edit Customer Activity
The Edit - Customer Activity page lets you modify the details of a customer Activity record.
To use the Edit - Customer Activity page, use the following steps:
- Open a Customer Activity record.
- Edit the fields as described in the following table:
Fields Required Description name Display The customer name is displayed. activity type Required Select an activity type from the list activity date Required Select an activity date. This is the date that the activity occurred. communication method Optional Select the activity type from the list. destination Optional Enter a destination address. comm desc Optional Enter a brief description of the communication. activity code Optional Enter an activity code, if applicable. Activity Description Optional The Activity Description can contain the contents of the communication, such as an email message or call transcript. This field can include html. - Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the previous page. Click the Cancel button to return to the previous page without saving your changes.
