Course Provided Child Form

The Course Provided child form on the Course Provider Profile details all the courses that this specific course provider is responsible for presenting. You can track courses added either of the following ways under the course provided child form:

  • Modules > Certification> Course > Add Course. Select this course provider in the primary provider field.
  • Modules > Certification > Course Provider > Find, Query, or Add Provider > Course Provider Profile > course provided child form > Add button.

Once you have added a course, you may also add when it is being offered by clicking the add course dates link next to the course you want to manage.

Course Provided Child Form

You see the following columns on the course provided child form:

Column Description
ID Displays the unique course id.
Name Displays the course name.

 

Course Provided Grandchild Child Form

You see the following columns on the course provided grandchild child form:

Column Description
From Date Displays the date that the course starts.
Thru Date Displays the date that the course ends.
Scheduled Count Displays the number of people scheduled to attend this course.
Actual Count Displays the number of people who attended this course.
[add course dates] Opens the Add - Course Dates page, which allows you to edit these fields and more.

  more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.
