List Customer Action Type

Modules>CRM>Customer Action Type>List Customer Action Type

Use the List Customer Action Type group item link to list customer action types in the database.

To list Customer Action Types, use the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>CRM>Customer Action Type>List Customer Action Type to list customer action types in the database. The List - Customer Action Type page opens.
2. Click on any Action Type to open the profile page.
