Adding a Request Action Record

Modules>CRM>Overview>Customer Request Setup>Request Action

To add an Request Action, use the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>CRM>Overview>Customer Request Setup>Request Action child form.
2. Click the Add icon to open the Add - Request Action form.
3. Enter the action code for the request action.
4. Click Save to save your changes.
