Change Log Child Form
Use the Change log child form to track fields that changed in the exam progress, when the field changed and who changed it.

Change Log Child Form Information
You can see the following columns on the Change log child form:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Field | Displays the name of the field that changed. |
| New Value | Displays the new value in the field. |
| Previous Value | Displays that previous value that was changed. |
| Changed By | Displays the NetForum username of the user who made the change. |
| Change Date | Displays the date of the change. |
