An Activity is something you can do with the case. Examples of Activities include related cases and workflow processes.

Related Cases

In the Related Cases child form you can add a related case using the add icon or edit an existing related case using the icons described in the table below:

Use the		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
Use the		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
Use the		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.

 

Workflow Processes

This child form simply displays the workflow processes that users have added either through the Process Definitions > Add Process window or through Case Category Profile > case types child form > folder icon > [add workflow process]
