Editing Process Definitions

Modules>Case Management> Find, Query, or Add Process> Process Profile

To edit the process definition code and description from the profile screen, click the Edit button. The Edit - Case Workflow Process pop-up window opens, allowing you to edit the following:

• process code: Required. Enter any code that is meaningful to users in your organization.
• process description: Enter a meaningful description for the new process.
