Add Room Type

Add a Room Type to NetForum to help track and organize rooms used at your Events.

To add a Room Type, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Events>Overview>Events Setup>Location/RoomsTab.
  2. On the Room Types child form, click the Add Record: room types button. The Add - Event Room Type window opens.
  3. Enter the room type.
  4. Enter a description of the room type.
  5. Select a category for the room type.
  6. If the room may be shared by parties associated with the Event, check the allow sharing? checkbox.
  7. Click Save to save the room type and close the Add - Event Room Type window. Click Cancel to close the Add - Event Room Type window without saving your changes.
