Profile Pages

Workflow

The advertising module uses the following workflow:

1. Add an Advertiser.
2. Add a Rate Card category.
3. Add Ad Sizes, Colors, Positions, Number of placements.
4. Create a Rate card.
5. Add a publication or subscription: Rate card Profile>Info Tab>publications/subscription child form.
6. Add an Agency (optional).
7. Add an Advertising Contract: Advertiser Profile>Contracts Tab> contracts child form> Add button
8. Add a Base Rate. Rate Card Profile>Info Tab>rate card details child form>Add button
9. Configure a discount. (optional)
10. For Classified Ads, Add a Classified Ad Type. Make sure you include a base rate : Classified Ad Type Profile>Info Tab>prices child form>Add Button
11. Add an Insertion Order Contract Advertiser Profile>Insertion Orders Tab>display insertion orders>Add button
12. Place an ad, or add a Classified Ad. Advertiser Profile> Advertisements Tab>advertisement detail child form > Add button. The Add - Advertisement page opens.
13. Create an Invoice for the ad.
