Edit - Individual Designation

You can no longer add Individual Designation records to the database. If the records are already in your database, you can use the Find, List, or Query operations to find existing records and edit them. The Edit - Individual Designation page takes the place of a Individual Designation Profile page.

This topic covers the fields available on the Edit - Individual Designation page.

Using the Edit -Individual Designation Page

  1. Go to Modules>Certification > More... > Find Individual Designation > Individual Designation > Find, List, or Query Individual Designation > Edit - Individual Designation.
  2. Edit the fields for the populated name as described in the table below:Edit - Individual Designation
    Field Required Description
    designation Optional Select a designation from the drop-down list.
    year Optional Enter a four-digit year.
    notes Optional Enter plain-text notes about the Individual Designation.
  3. Click the Save button to save your changes. Click the Delete button to delete the Individual Designation. Click the Cancel button to cancel your changes.
