The update score(s) button calculates judges' scores and assigns the calculations to the award entry.

Using the Update Scores Button

Clicking the update scores button tells NetForum to calculate the scores entered by judges and put the scores into the Edit -Award Entry Status page. The calculations include all the judge's scores for the average score, adjusted average, final total, and adjusted total, and then all scores are displayed on the Edit -Award Entry Status page. You can override the calculated scores and judges' scores by entering the score numbers manually on the Edit - Award Entry Status page. After you enter the override scores, if you click the update scores button again, the overrides remain.
