Edit – Room Setup Items

Events > More... > Find Room Setup Items > Find, List, Add or Query Room Setup Items > Edit – Room Setup Items

Example: Podium, Whiteboard, Table, Chairs

To edit a room setup item, use the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>Events>More. . .>Find Room Setup Items>Find, List, or Query Room Setup Items.
2. Select the Room Setup Item you want to edit. The Edit - Room Setup Items page opens.
3. Add, edit or delete information as needed.
4. Click Save to save your changes and remain on the Edit - Room Setup Items page. Click Cancel to remain on the Edit - Room Setup Items page without saving your changes. Click Delete to delete the Room Setup Item and remain on the Edit - Room Setup Items page.
