Add an Accreditation Type/Status

Add an accreditation type/status when you want to associate an existing accreditation type to existing accreditation statuses.

To add an Accreditation Type/Status record, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Accreditation>Overview>Accreditation Setup>Accreditation Tab>accreditation type/status child form.
  2. Click the Add button. The Add-Accreditation Type_Status page opens.
  3. Fill in the fields according to the table below:
    Field Name Required Description
    accreditation type Required Select an accreditation type from the existing accreditation types added through the accreditation type child form.
    accreditation status Required Select an accreditation status from the existing accreditation statuses added through the accreditation status child form.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Accreditation Setup page. The newly added Accreditation Type/Status combination is now visible on the accreditation type/status child form and appears in the appropriate drop-down menus in the interface. Click the Cancel button to return to the Accreditation Setup page without saving your changes.
