Add a Surveyor Type/Status

Modules>Accreditation>Overview>Accreditation Setup>Surveyor Tab>surveyor type/status child form>Add button

Add a surveyor type/status when you want to associate an existing surveyor type to an existing surveyor status.

To adding a Surveyor Type/Status record, use the following steps:

1. Go to Modules>Accreditation>Overview>Accreditation Setup>Surveyor Tab>surveyor type/status child form.
2. Click the Add button. The Add-Accreditation Surveyor Type_Status page opens.
3. Fill in the fields according to the table below:

   Field Name	Required	Description
   surveyor type	Required	Select a surveyor type from the existing surveyor types added through the surveyor type child form.
   surveyor status	Required	Select a surveyor status from the existing surveyor status added through the surveyor status child form.

4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Accreditation Setup page. The newly added Surveyor Type/Status combination is now visible on the surveyor type/status child form and appears in the appropriate drop-down menus in the interface. Click the Cancel button to return to the Accreditation Setup page without saving your changes.
