Accreditation Type/Status Child Form
Use the accreditation type/status child form to modify and add the accreditation type and status combinations for the drop-down lists in the module. Use this child form to associate existing accreditation types to existing accreditation statuses. Accreditation Type/Status Child Form Information
The accreditation type/statuschild form displays a list of Accreditation Types and Statuses. You see the following columns on the accreditation type/status child form:

| Accreditation Type | This is selected from existing accreditation types that have been added through the accreditation type child form. |
| Accreditation Status | This is selected from existing accreditation statuses that have been added through the accreditation status child form. |
