Add Peer Evaluations
Add peer evaluations after a survey is completed, so you can track surveyors' opinions of their teammates.
To add a Peer Evaluation, use the following steps:
- Go to .
- Click the Add
button. The Add-Accreditation Surveyor Peer Evaluation page opens. - Fill in the fields for the populated role, evaluating surveyor, role, organization surveyed, survey begin date, and survey end date according to the table below:
Field Name Required Description surveyor being evaluated Required Select the member of the survey team being evaluated from the drop-down list. Technical Excellence questions 1-11 Optional Read and consider each question carefully. Select a number 1-7 from the drop-down list. Where 1= unsatisfactory and 7=excellent. Make sure that you enter supporting comments and suggestions for improvement in the comments box if you enter a rating of 4 or lower. Interpersonal Skills and Sensitivities questions 1-4 Optional Read and consider each question carefully. Select a number 1-7 from the drop-down list. Where 1= unsatisfactory and 7=excellent. Make sure that you enter supporting comments and suggestions for improvement in the comments box if you enter a rating of 4 or lower. Teamwork questions 1-6 Optional Read and consider each question carefully. Select a number 1-7 from the drop-down list. Where 1= unsatisfactory and 7=excellent. Make sure that you enter supporting comments and suggestions for improvement in the comments box if you enter a rating of 4 or lower. Additional Comments Optional Enter any comments you didn't get to enter in the question comment field. Comments to Staff Optional TBD - Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Accreditation Surveyors Area Profile page. The newly added Peer Evaluation is now visible on the peer evaluation child form. Click the Cancel button to return to the Accreditation Surveyors Area Profile page without saving your changes.
