Modules > Admin > System Options > Find System Option
Use this system option to set the eWeb > Group Event Registration functionality to either use a Primary Relationship option (Legacy approach to handle the event group registration in eWeb) or Shop for Organization flag option (Shop for Organization approach where an eWeb user with Shop for Organization access will be able to handle the event group registration in eWeb). The default for this option is Primary Relationship.
Current Setting
The current setting for eWebGroupRegistrationLogic is used as follows:
Values: This system option can be set to Primary Relationship or Shop for Organization flag.
- Primary Relationship— Any individual with a primary individual-organization relationship can process a group registration for their primary organization; the shop for organization flag does not need to be checked to grant this capability. The individual does not need to be the primary contact at the organization. These individuals cannot process a group registration for other organizations they may be related to, even if the 'shop for organization' flag is checked.
- Shop for Organization flag— Only individuals with the 'shop for organization' flag checked can process a group registration for their related organization. These individuals can process a group registration for any organization they are related to, as long as the 'shop for organization' flag is checked. It does not need to be their primary organization.
Default Value: Primary Relationship
Fields
This system option includes the following fields:
Description: This field gives the description of the system option, including its use and default value.
Important! Do not modify the following fields after the system option is first created. Changing these fields after they have been used can invalidate existing data.
Category: This field sets the category (usually the module) where the system option is used.
Type: The Type field determines the display type of the Current setting field (check box, drop-down list, or text box).
Values: The values field indicates the allowed values for the Current setting field.
Availability
Each system option includes the following availability settings:
Entity Level Option?: Select this check box to make this system option available on an entity level.
Visible To External Systems?: Select this check box to make this system option available in xWeb.
