Important! This option should be set up before the site goes live. If the system option is changed after the site goes live, existing data might need to be converted to the new format.

This option allows you to select how you want a social security number to display in an Individual record. For example, you can choose to show only the last 4 digits of a social security number, masking the rest of the numbers, or to show the entire SSN.

Note: The fully formatted social security number includes dashes, so to if you choose to show the complete number, the size of the field must be set to 11.
