Member Benefits Action Type
At this time it is not possible to score member benefits.
The fact that a customer Receives Member Benefits is complicated to score because the field for this is fluid, and the data does not persist. The fact that a customer receives member benefits is based on a database view vw_customer_member_flag based on a data in mb_membership_proxy that is purged and repopulated regularly. Thus there is no fixed "action" on which scoring can be based.
This means that while you could score these points for people who currently receive benefits, if those benefits dropped, then the corresponding row in the mb_membership_proxy is permanently removed. This means that historical points would be dropped.
As a workaround, add these people to a Mailing List and score the mailing list. See Workflow Rules for Scoring for more information.
