Overlapping Text

Q. How do I fix the problem when the font size on a profile is too big and overlaps other text?

A. Here are a couple things to check:

1. Go to your internet options, click on Accessibility
2. Make sure none of these check boxes are checked under formatting. If they are, make sure to clear the check boxes and save. If that doesn't resolve the font issue, proceed to the next step.
3. Go to your desktop, right click on the desktop and click Properties. Then click on Advanced icon.
4. Check to see if your DPI setting is set to 96 or 120. If it is set to 120 change it back to 96 DPI and then apply and click ok.
5. Restart your computer after you change the DPI back to 96 so it refreshes the display.

Child forms Don't Open

This may be a problem with the NetForum browser cookie being full. In order to track which child forms should be open by default for a user on any page, we keep a list, in a browser cookie, of all child forms that were opened. If the cookie is full it results in the behavior that you are seeing. A quick way to test is to have the user clear his or her browser cookies and see if the problem is resolved.
