Order Sync between NetForum and Crowd Wisdom

Purpose

NetForum is the system of record for all the products and orders. Customer must have an order to access a webinar or course in Crowd Wisdom. For NetForum products, customer will purchase products in NetForum iWeb, eWeb, or xWeb. These orders are pushed to Crowd Wisdom when purchase is completed in NetForum. This is accomplished through a workflow rule configured in NetForum.

Requirements

• Product or event configured according to the setup requirement are described in the below topics:

  • Creating and Syncing Publication Product in Crowd Wisdom
  • Creating and Syncing Event Product in Crowd Wisdom

• Product already configured in Crowd Wisdom either through the Catalog Sync or manually created or uploaded.

• Invoice is fully paid.
