Add Campaign Recognition Level
Add a Campaign Recognition Level when you want to track constituent recognition levels as related to a specific Campaign.
Important! Only gifts made toward funds with the track recognition level check box enabled may have recognition level tracked. For this reason, it is recommended that specific funds be enabled in addition to the constituent recognition level. For more information, view the help page and section on Fund and Campaign Recognition Level for more information on enabling recognition level for specific funds and campaigns.
To add a Campaign Recognition Level, use the following steps:
- Go to . The List - Fundraising Campaign Codes page opens.
- Select the Campaign Code you want to add the Recognition Level to. The Fundraising Campaign Codes Profile page opens.
- On the Campaign Recognition Level child form, click the Add Record: campaign recognition level button. The Add - Campaign Recognition Level window opens.
- Use the descriptions in the table below to enter information:
Field Name Required? Description campaign code Required Auto-fills with the current campaign code and cannot be edited. recognition level Required Enter a name for the recognition level. minimum amount Required Enter the minimum constituent contribution amount to reach the recognition level. maximum amount Required Enter the maximum constituent contribution amount before the next recognition level is reached. include soft credits? Optional Check this box if soft credits will be included in the constituent contribution amount to reach the recognition level. - Click Save to save the new recognition level and return to the Fundraising Campaign Code Profile. Click Cancel to return to the Fundraising Campaign Code Profile without saving your changes.
