Subscriptions Through Agency Child Form

The subscriptions through agency child form is located under the Subscriptions tab on the Household Profile and displays a list of subscriptions purchased for the household through an agency.

Subscriptions Through Agency Child Form Information

The subscriptions through agency child form displays a list of all subscriptions purchased for the household through an agency. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column	Description
Subscription	This column displays the name of the subscription.
Agency	This column displays the name of the agency that purchased the subscription on behalf of the household.
Rate	This column displays the rate for the subscription.
Start Date	This column displays the start date for the subscription.
End Date	This column displays the end date for the subscription.
Issues Fulfilled	This column displays the number of issues fulfilled before the subscription was canceled.
Package	This column displays the name of the package associated to the subscription.
Membership Package?	This column displays whether the subscription was part of a membership package.

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed.

		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
